This course covers english for project management for intermediate level and above. Different situations based on the agile approach to project management are featured covering all stages of the project management cycle.

On this course, you will learn business English related to project management. You will learn how to define project goals, establish project expectations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. You will also learn how to create and manage project tests and communicate test results to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will learn how to conduct daily stand-up meetings, plan, launch, and debrief user testing sessions, negotiate with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and find solutions that meet project goals. Finally, you will learn how to conduct effective handover meetings, transfer knowledge to stakeholders, and ensure smooth project handovers, as well as conducting internal debrief meetings, reflecting on project outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement.
